The Demand lays out your injuries and what the cost of your treatment has been. The at fault party is responsible for all past medical bills associated with your treatment. Depending on the type of injury you have, there may be need for future medical care as well. This will be included in the Demand. It is important that you provide us with any bills you have associated with your treatment. If you have any pictures of your injury or the property damage caused, it is important

Once the at fault party or their insurance company receives the demand, they will have 30 to 60 days to evaluate and provide an offer to settle your claim.
